hey ive seen a few lowered v70xc's albeit they were 98's.

is there a way to know if you have nivomats. is there any way to replace them?

something that could get the rear lower.

also i did some research and ive also heard that the front suspension is compatible with anything the fwd cars have. is that correct?

Whether it's a '98 or '99 doesn't matter when it comes down to suspension, what works on one, will work on the other.

You have Nivomats, all the AWD models do.

Rear options......

- drop bolts
- TME springs (which I believe have been discontinued for a while now?)
- Kaplehenke rear coilover setup
- Euro Nivomats (a bit lower then the US spec Nivomats from what I've heard)

Front suspension is the same as FWD's.

Viva Performance carries the TME springs, a full set (front and rear springs, ~1" drop) will be ~$450

The Euro Nivomats have a shorter body than the stock Nivomats do, and will lower the car about 1/2" on their own (without any other changes) For more info on the Euro sport chassis Nivomats, read this thread
