I've asked about this problem here before, but nobody has really given me much advice.
My front left corner light doesn't work. The blinker DOES work when activated, but it won't stay on by itself. I've tried changing bulbs of course but that's not it. This has been going on for over a year now.

In addition to the bulb, I've replaced the socket that the bulb goes in, but that didn't fix it either.

Today I noticed however, that when I switch on the left turn signal, the bulb failure light on the dash disappears for about a second before coming back on. I'm so confused and continue to have no idea what's happening.

Somebody please help! The dash light has been on for over a year and I'm tired of seeing it!

That bulb is on two separate circuits, one for it to be one faintly while the lowbeams are on and another for the turn signal. My first step would be to check the wiring for the lowbeam circuit since it's definitely not the bulb/socket. The bulb failure is probably going out because of bleed through the bulb from the blinker circuit to the main circuit. Check the ground that it uses. Also, and I don't mean anything by this, but check all the fuses.

Fixed.

It was a fuse issue, but not as simple as replacing it. I have my boost gauge run through the fuse box, and it just so happens to be run through fuse #23, which controls the corner lights. I moved the power source and now the light works fine. Thanks!
