Well if it needs tires, timing belt, control arms, and whatever you find down the road that will add up in cash, plus all you time to fix the other stuff. Is the car nice other than the mechanical stuff? I don't know about the east coast but out in the west a car with 200k+ unless the body/paint/interior won't go for much.
Personally I'd say part it out, the third row will get you a couple hundred bucks right off the bat
I guess it matters on how you got it, free or do you have cash invested in it already?

thats sounds like alot of work, i just finished the v70 t5m ....i dont wanna do anything else, return on investment doesnt seem as much with this car.
is asking for $1500 on craigslist worth it? and half that to a member minus the third row and stuff?
zero invested, i got this car plus $1850 for my 1995 white 850 t5 wagon with, obx,giac, charcoal r swap, and tme springs. but i had $1850 into the 95 855t5
