The car has 252,000 miles on the body, but around 100,000 miles on a rebuilt engine/cylinder head and transmission. The driveline is in perfect condition. The body is in good shape (no rust at all), but has some minor dings and scratches consistent with the mileage. The car comes with the wheels pictured that have worn Bridgestone tires, and a second set of 16 wheels with BRAND NEW Firestone Winterforce snow tires. The car also has an Alpine head unit and newer speakers from a Volvo V70XC. Sounds great! Asking $3,500 obo for the car with both sets of wheels/tires, but will sell the car for $3,000 obo without the snow tires. Either way, the car will come with spare parts (original ECU and TCU, some trim pieces, etc). This is a tastefully-modified, meticulously maintained example of a great Volvo.
