My wifes 99 C70 starts hard immediatly after fillingthe tank. You have to let it crank for a bit and then it eventually starts. Once its starts you have no problem starting untill you fill the tank again.??????

Mine does this as well. No CELs and the runs fine and starts normally after just as the op describes.

Had the same problem on a 2000 V70. The problem was a faulty EVAP purge valve ($36.72 at IPD). The valve is located on the right side of the radiator fan housing near the battery. Very simple to replace.
