Running standard BBK setup: 928 calipers, S60 rotors, IPD stainless lines. Question is: what is the consensus here on brake line length for these calipers. The IPD lines seem short, they get stretched as the steering gets closer to full lock, not an issue on the road, but seems like there might be trouble eventually from stresses from parking etc. Any one have a recommendation for where to get longer lines made, and how long? Thanks for looking.

Something doesn't sound right. I'm running the IPD BBK kit, which includes the SS lines and have had no such issues.

I used the EST lines, but only because I had bought them prior to buying the BBK from IPD. They are exactly the same length, and are fine. If you are checking this with the car jacked up, they will definitely appear too short.

Same setup with IPD s/s lines... no problems here.

Check your car on an alignment rack so you can turn the front wheels lock to lock.

Thanks for the suggestions. I was looking with wheels off, on stands. Probably fine on the ground, will check again in use.

Had the same issue, just ended up relocating the brake line attachment point on the inside fender a little lower and the problem was solved.

Same issue as OP. I thought I remember there being a 14" line and a 15" line, but I may be mistaken.
