I replaced the lower arm about 30K ago and its out once more. I was looking at Rock auto and it looks like they list a joint only. Is that right?? can i just drill it put it on there or is it just a mess up. http://www.rockauto.....php?pk=2553552

Nope, replace with OEM blue box Volvo, meyle or lemforder....
And rockauto is probably the most expensive you will find...
