Surprise nobody made a thread about it. So Sweden had two auto companies. One is in the process of bankruptcy and one own by Chinese, lol. I guess we no longer have car born from jet.
I wanted an EVO but ended up with EVO chassis only

They did want Saab but GM blocked the sale of the company because they said the Chinese would get a hold of their crappy design architecture. Trust me nobody wants GM's tech. I would personally buy GM stock if somebody gave it to me.
I never want to a GM product in my life. They basically screwed Saab and left them for dead.
Typo I would never buy GM stock if somebody offered it to me

If i can get 2011 9-5 (4 cylinder) for 15K sometime in 2012 I might make a move on one. However apparently dealers have no more incentive money coming from SAAB so prices have not come down that much since the bankruptcy announcement. I did see a rumor posted online started by someone that claimed to work a SAAB dealer that 9-5 would be "let go" for $15K in January. The month before the bankruptcy I had seen nice low mileage 2011 SAAB 9-5s 4 cylinders listed for $27K.
