You wanna do mine now haha ...killer work, so when are you going to do the valve cover and intake manifold next haha that engine bay is going to look really nice.

Awesome man. When I get time hopefully this summer im going to bump up the diameter where I can and get most of them beaded and welded, also move the BOV to the TB.

What dia.? Where did you get the piping and about how much did it cost you for the welding?

Nah, I suck at aluminum welding. Had a friend do it.

Yes, every end has either the factory roll or a welded bead.

2.5" and the piping came from one of those fleabay kits. You may want to consider 2.25" though, it was a pain to find room for the 2.5". Cost? Friend usually means cheaper than what a shop would do it for so it really would not matter what I said the price was.

What did you polish them with?

Built motor, Nira i3+ EMS, GT35R, Tial 40mm Wastegate, Tial BOV, FMIC, 630cc injectors, 3" exhaust, Quaife diff, singlemass flywheel conversion, Spec stage III+..blah blah..

A big floor mounted buffer with two different wheels and compounds.

What was the final compund? White?

Yes, brown on one wheel first then white on the other. And only one pipe got ripped out of my hands and shot across the room during the process. Not bad. ^_^

Obviously not as shiny as yours, but Mothers Mag and Aluminum Polish and a little elbow grease does a decent job. Your welds look great BTW. I'm still using couplers since I fail at welding aluminum :D ....
