That's pretty far inland to be having issues with la traffic since your so far from the 101,405,5,etc....those are the only super contested areas during rush hour

Looks like I'm out for next week unless I can swing something huge....I'm training again :( so its gonna be pretty hard to ditch out on that, but we'll see

They (VS) wax their cars? I thought the lastest craze was to wrap them in viynl so the paint is flat. At least thats what won the IPD show.

I would think the passenger side axle would be a bigger bitch than the driver side. Maybe Ill fork up the money and have the indy I usually go to do it.

How was the IPD show?

They aren't that bad. Not worth the money to pay a mechanic to do it IMO. I have switched my CV in just over an hour. Messy but feasible.

Yeah my passenger side required a torch and about an hour last time I needed it out lol. It's not the fact that it's too difficult, I just get mad sketched out when I'm tugging/banging on my car when it's on jack stands

Show was fun. Forgot how much Portland sucks though lolol, plus it poured the last day I was there, and I didn't bring pants, so I was ready to leave to say the least lol

Didn't we meet somebody at Laguna who had access to a lift? I've been spoiled to have access to one

Probably not and since I havent heard any tell tale 'clicking' while turning Im assuming the joints themselves are still in good condition.

Lol. I had double and triple lines of protection against the car rolling or the jacks falling yesterday.

Dont know who would of had a lift...there wasnt anyone there that hadnt been at a previous meet.

That helps a lot Spencer.

Looking ahead at my suspension options. Given the chance of having to drive on unpaved roads Im try to sort though and see what I can do while still lowering the car a little bit.

Just cut some dead coils out of the stock springs. Should only give you .5-.75" of a drop depending on how much you cut

Lolol. I'm on bilstien hd's with B&R lowering springs, and it's rough, well you've riden with me......honestly if Paul can get us the hookup on kw's I'll do that, best suspension for the cash IMO, the nicest cars on vs I've riden in have all had V2's, might be a couple bucks more than just buying springs/shocks but worth it for the better handling if anything

Little to ghetto for my liking. Decided to go with ContiExtremes, just need to figure out if I want DWS's or DW's.

Yeah the wagon came with HD's in the rears and I havent been a big fan on them. How was the ride with V2's?
