Hi

I know some on here have bought this tool set, I just don't recall who it was - I'm curious about the quality.

The price has come down again to under $200, so I'm thinking about getting a set

Any feedback on the quality?

Is that one preferred over the Alvo Industries tool at the same site?

Looks a lot like the set I have: Label says SIR tools, V550

The quality is very good for the price, I've used it a few times now, and zero wear.

The Crank lock, is a real plus for removing any TDC guess work.

Since I now have to rebuild my bottom end after breaking a piston yesterday, I went ahead & ordered the set. I have a Volvo dealer less than 2 miles away that has always lent me them in the past, but I prefer to have my own.
