paint is good, great shape! mounting brackets + screws included, one of the two tabs on one of the brackets fell off but bracket still holds on fine i think i have the little piece too prob jbweld it still some leftover adhesive on the bottom, if you didnt know it attatches with adhesive AND brackets, no drilling. I have some pics of it on the car, can take some of it off the car if you want. thanks
