Plain and simple, I have an 04 s60 with no turbo and it's painfully slow. I was wondering what my options are as far as turbos go. I have no idea who to call to install it or where I can get one. I found one on eBay and someone else told me it would be good to replace my manifold with the s60r manifold and install s60r turbo. Can someone please help me.

Enjoy what you have as is, save the ton of money it'd cost to switch over to FI and buy somethng that comes stock with a turbo and start from there.

My son had the same problem that you're facing. He had an '03 S60 NA that was very clean, but he wasn't satisfied with the performance. I tried convincing him to keep it and do some cosmetic upgrades, but in the end he ended up getting a '95 850 Turbo.

Not trying to discourage you, but really the best advice is to get a turbo model if you're looking for performance.

You just sell it and buy a Turbo. If thats not an option then you just live with what you have. But dont waste any money on a a CA kit ect. Its not worth it. Turbos/ SC/ NOS in small engines are what makes HP.

Catback exhaust -> Make her sound good.
Lowering springs -> Make her look better
Save money and buy a turbo project down the line -> Go faster

Look, it's a nice daily driver but it will cost you more to convert it then to buy a different toy. Drive it till the wheels fall off and use that time to save up enough dough for a nice turbo car. Lowered, grill, exhaust, 18" wheels, etc will get you a nice looking and sounding ride ... then leave it alone.
