P0101 is MAF sensor (says its dirty or bad connection, bad air flow reading)

P0075 is CVVT intake side

Possible causes
- Intake Valve Control Solenoid Circuit Bank 1 harness is open or shorted
- Intake Valve Control Solenoid Circuit Bank 1 circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Intake Valve Control Solenoid Bank 1

When is the code detected?
An improper voltage is sent to the Engine Control Module (ECM) through intake valve timing control solenoid valve.
P0075 VOLVO Description
Intake valve timing control solenoid valve is activated by ON/OFF pulse duty (ratio) signals from the Engine Control Module (ECM).

The intake valve timing control solenoid valve changes the oil amount and direction of flow through intake valve timing control unit or stops oil flow.

The longer pulse width advances valve angle. The shorter pulse width retards valve angle. When ON and OFF pulse widths become equal, the solenoid valve stops oil pressure flow to fix the intake valve angle at the control position.

They both came at exactly the same time, car seems fine... It did feel a little slow for one pull and it came on. It seemed fine after that.

Your maf code could be due to clogged pcv, air leak, or dirty throttle. Dirty throttle with give you a lower maf reading so then you see maf reading low and think its that. But its due to dirty throttle.most of the time that fixes it.

Prolly need a new VVT solenoid. Not hard to replace.

Try cleaning your MAF to see if that one goes away.

I don't see them likely being related.
