98 V70 T5m, Speedtuning stg 1, Brola 2.5 muff & ipd tip, K&N drop-in,17 PropusC 2pc(BBS) ipd SS brk lines sways wires & MSD coil,Koni FSD w ipd Blues.

Parts:
1. Two ABS caps from HomeDepot (get the right size for your plumbing)
2. One Valve stem from Americas Tire
Drilled a hole in one of the caps and inserted the valve stem
Disconnected the line from the throttle body and inserted the cap with the valve stem
Disconnected the line from the turbo and inserted the other cap
Pinched off the IAC line with a pair of needle nose vise grips
Used a tire filler with a pressure gauge.
Here are the parts.

When it fails you get a vibration under boost or more so actually when you start to make power much as you barely discribed. I replace mine about every 2 months on my Volvo as they just don't hold up.Then again I run cheap axles because they are free to replace. I think I am on like number 16 and take about 2min to replace.. so whatever.
