Hey everyone. I have a 95 850 turbo that I am wanting to manual swap. I have access to a full setup from a 98 s70. the thing I'm wondering about is the s70 has a M56HK. I don't want to use the dual mass flywheel that it comes with, I've read that it can be done with a single mass. so I'm wondering if anyone who has done this can help me with what single mass flywheel and which clutch setup I need to use to make this work. Any advise would be very much appreciated!

- Any COMPLETE single mass 850 setup (Flywheel, disc & PP) will work with the internal slave (incorporates T/O brg). Get new PP & flywheel bolts along with the rear main seal & trans ouput shaft seals

Cool. That is good news. Any chance of the splines on the clutch disc not matching the splines on the trans?

Same spline count up until 2002 when they changed to a larger input shaft.
98 was the split year for the dualmass flywheel and internal slave so if you found an early box, it might still have the older setup.

1996 850 turbo wagon auto, Custome intake, MSD coil, IPD spark plug wires, Eibach springs, Bilstiens HD, Mesh grill, IPD strut tower bar,ultra racing 2 point rear strut bar, Tiki end-links,IPD intake manifold spacer, FCP silicone inter-cooler hoses, stoptech steel braided brake lines front and rear, completely rebuilt auto tranny, Complete stage zero. soon to have (white injectors, s70 front end, 16t, ARD tune)

AS above mentioned. Just be sure the 98 transmission had an external slave cylinder bracket

Team Dynamic 17in rims 17lbs .Poly mounts on trans, engine and firewall.Porsche Bbk, Ss lines, Super Blue Ate.5mm Spacers,Rolled Fenders,R Manifold, T04E 50 trim @18psi. Divorced WG and BOV ,3in Downpipe, gutted 3in cat,2.5 tme/Ipd catback Gizzmo Ebc, 1 gallon Aem progressive Meth Injection kit. Walbro 255. Na mani W /960 plate and Na Silicone Tb hose. Boost/egr/wideband gauges dash mounted. Double Din touchscreen Nav. 12in Fosgate p3 and 2 Alpine amps/ + Cf spoiler+ V70 stuff.
