As mentioned in the in the brew thread several folks (John, Chris, Brian, AJ and myself) wanted to do a Brewery GTG and Mad Fox was one of the options thrown out that seems to have the biggest selection of beer and is a restaurant we can EAT- DRINK - AND TALK VOVLOS! Since Friday was the days that seemed to work for everyone we just have to figure out time.
So here is the website. If folks want to meet at my house and carpool in or just meet there.
So who's in!

What time since it's a Friday and traffic is gonna suck for me coming from the west and driving through Tysons.
+1 it would be nice to avoid coming back with rush hour beltway traffic...

tysons is not as bad by 7pm (except, i'm sure, near the entrances to 495).
Also OK with a mid-day thing.

You'll be driving against traffic most of the time. And if you take the Toll road it's should be quick...What time since it's a Friday and traffic is gonna suck for me coming from the west and driving through Tysons.
Is it going to be you and the wife or just solo? BTW speaking of broken sh-it how's the VC? Get it fixed to run AWD? I'm driveshaft-less again, but I might have that solved today...Calendar marked. Let's gtg and talk about all the crap that's broken since our last gtg
It's only 2hrs drive. I've done it in under 1.5 in Friday rush hour AND a tropical storm! Or start working flex. Do they give you contractors flex?No can do, that's way too far for me since I'd be coming from St. Inigoes, MD on a Friday.

Any time after 5pm. We just need to make sure we have a reservation.
I'd really prefer not to drive 1/2 way around the beltway in friday rush hour.
Unless anyone has any short cuts/tricks from College park.. beltway at least has decent roads. DC roads blow...not to mention the D2's and 205/40's

Exactly, it's a 2 hour drive. If coming from La Plata, it's a 45min drive. It's only 2hrs drive. I've done it in under 1.5 in Friday rush hour AND a tropical storm! Or start working flex. Do they give you contractors flex?

You got it AJ!Might be present to win... save a spot for me.
Unfortunately the best way is going around the beltway, you could go thru the city or take the metro, but I wouldn't... But you can come early and hang at my house (that goes for anyone) or at Tysons Corner Mall for a bit if that helps.I'd really prefer not to drive 1/2 way around the beltway in friday rush hour.

Just give us plenty of head up so we can count you in if you come.Depending on my work and school schedule I wouldn't mind coming down.
That's a little late for dinner, it would work for folks and rush hour.so you want to do this at 8pm?
Friday works best for several of us... Maybe next time you'll be able make it if you're not up for the drive.Exactly, it's a 2 hour drive. If coming from La Plata, it's a 45min drive.
And no, they don't. I guess I just don't see the point in doing this on Friday vs a Saturday?

I'm free all day too, so it's what works best for everyone... But lets finger this out soon, so I can call and make a reservation for 8?
