Roy has ~20 years experience as a mechanic with Ken Garff Volvo before opening his own shop. I've had a driveline rebuilt on my '98 AWD, timing belt on my '98 and '04 R, struts, control arm bushings, diagnostics, and some custom tuning work. He is honest and fair. I no longer need to ask price because I know that he doesn't gouge and isn't out to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Living in Utah county, I was close to not buying another Volvo because there aren't any good shops, and the stealership charges way too much. Then Roy opened his doors and I haven't been anywhere else since.
