Hey guys, wanted to let you all know that we have been working on expanding the site over the past few weeks, adding thousands of products from various sources. Simply wanted to thank you all for the various suggestions you have given us and to let you all know that we take each seriously. We have been working with many sources and will be adding many new performance products and lines to our already extensive catalog. Though we are all enthusiasts at heart, we want to make sure we cater the catalog to your specific needs. So if there is anything you guys are looking for in particular, feel free to email me your suggestions and I will go about getting them sourced and listed for you, your feedback as I said is our biggest priority.

The regular site is pretty poor compared to the new euro/import site. MUCH better layout and design, but just check both places to make sure you have the parts

Does FCP still do 15% for VS members? The VS front page says so, but gives the code for 10% off...

If you're a supporting member, which you are not. You need to be a supporting member to be able to view the code in the R Forum.

I've had numerous good experiences and numerous bad experiences. Only way to get anything done for a custom order is to call Scott. He's the man and will get anything done that you need.

To this day I've yet to have a bad experience with FCP. They've been nothing but good to me and always go above and beyond what they need to.

I've only had one mishap with FCP, and with a bit of persistence, they eventually made everything right. With that said, all the other times I've ordered through them, everything went great. Shipping was on time, parts were right, and Its hard to beat their prices after the supporting member discount.

I'm going to put in a ~$900 order within the next few days, so I'll see what happens.

I have spent lots of $$$ through fcp, never used fcp euro. I'll have to check it out with my next order!

bought from fcp numerous times. Always was easy and even better with the VS discounts, everything always arrived super fast!

problem i found was fcpeuro and fcpgroton doesnt always have the same price and or same product description.

example: pass front axle for my c70 convertible available on euro and on groton its 20 or $30 more
no manual trans seals on groton but it is on euro

Never had a problem with my orders. I recently accidentally bought the wrong part and called customer support. Sending them the part and they're sending me the correct one I need.

Can't beat the VS Supporting member discount, sometimes I can afford to get another part I need because of the discount.

my main issue (just an annoyance really) with the website is how when I end up in my cart and want to search for something else (for the same car) and hit up the search box it always searches every car on the entire site. . then I either need to reselect the model/make or if im logged in click into one of my cars and re-search... there should be a way (maybe an additional search box, or just changing the global search box to go back into the same vehicle search) to continue shopping for the same car easily from the shopping cart page .. edit: maybe even add a button from the cart page that will take you right back to your last search results ?

Why is that though? You mean in reference to price dependencies? Because I can't see how having everyone calling them for all their orders is in anyone's best interest long-term. When you call, what are you getting out if that you can't get on their site?

I like to call in orders because if I have any questions about a part I can get an answer right then. Also I have found that there are some parts not listed on the site, but when I call they are usually able to find what I'm looking for. I don't call in all orders, just whenever I'm not sure about the part, or need something not listed on-line. I agree everyone calling in orders isn't in the best interest, but it is a option.
