Can't really tell from the pic what that is? Is that paint on top of a stripped down hood? Also, why didn't you remove the emblem, you know it pops right out with a little gentle prying.

Stripped down the hood, then used the wheel to cut a design on the center bulge with the existing paint. Also, the emblem was removed, however it's in bad shape, I'm just waiting on a new one.

hood looks like they couldnt decide between a snowflake, deer antlers, or a spiderweb ..

it does however appear they did decide they intend to make the car looks like a$$.. but seems everyone knew that already..

If its one thing ive learned on this forum, it doesnt have anything to do with people helping each other. Its that everyone on volvospeed yearns to down other peoples interests and projects.

I just dont understand why everyone on here has to feed off of each other. Just let him build his car. If it turns out like crap. Fine. If he likes it. Anytime you post something theres a 75% chance that about 3 or 4 people wont like what you have to contribute, and just dog you on it until you stop posting or the thread falls behind and is forgotten.

In all honesty, I think that we shit on cars like his because their cars are so bad, and they tarnish the image of the rest of the community. People like mcminter or faultywarrior go out of their way to turn cars that are highly respected in our forum into outright jokes. I don't think we hate on them so much because of having stupid ideas, but rather that when someone offers advice, they completely ignore what we said, and continue to defile their cars. I personally hate on these idiots because they have no respect for their cars what so ever.
