If FCP doesn't work out then try searching Amazon for "Bosch 15097" they are often pretty cheap there, and maybe shipping is easier.

Try clearing it again, the bank 2 could be a dead cat, but not the front as it is upstream from the cat.

Bank 2 also shouldn't affect your engine fueling, it's just there for emissions BS.

I just thought it strange that I was getting a reading after I cleared it I got nothing.

Still the same took another recording on my scan tool while driving..
It said this.. Fuel system 1 OL
Long term fuel trim 13.3%
Oxygen sensor b1 0.000
And of course p0131 low voltage on oxygen sensor I'd like to know what the OL on fuel system one means any ideas??

have you connected it properly? did you get an original bosch sensor that is a direct plug in? or did you do some cutting and splicing?

check the connector and make sure you've pushed the lock tabs down fully for each sensor connection...

Get an ORIGINAL Volvo OE oxygen sensor and install it... Not a Bosch universal, Not an NGK universal..A VOLVO OE (made by bosch with the OE plug on it)

clear the codes. if the code for for Bank 2 comes back it is more than likely a bad cat from running so rich.

It is possible but not probable that the rear (bank 2) O2 sensor is bad..As I have stated before bank 2 is there JUST to monitor catalyst function. it has no bearing on driveability

How long was the car running rich and blowing through fuel?

This should not be this complicated.

Original Volvo OE etc etc IS a Bosch 15097. There is no need to buy blue box here, Volvo just puts a 15097 in there. 15097 has the proper plug.

I just posted it the way i did to make it very clear about not getting a "solder your own" universal.. I think this thread is going to go on forever

Ok ok guys calm down I'm askin for help I don't care how long the thread goes on for.
If you don't want to stick around well I'm not forcing you ok.
For the record that Ngk/ntk has a CEOs reference to that Bosch part number, and for some reason the Bosch one isn't available to me in perth it's my daily driver I don't have weeks to wait for a genuine or like the idea of paying over 300 aud for a sensor

this is the issue. end of thread. start a new thread once you get an original bosch 15097, if you still have an issue, which i highly doubt....you don't have to get volvo blue box, you can get BOSCH 15097....should be about $100 AUD.
