Step back to 2005 before she really popped and you get a more natural look:

She's all right, I wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating crackers but then again, she's a pretty girl.

Ahh! But here's the thing. There's tons of music I may not like, but I respect the talent (read: Bieber, Beatles, Floyd)
And my friend, T-Swifty can sing. That shit is super sexy to me.

Did you just put FUCKING Bieber in the same sentence as the words TALENT and BEATLES and PINK FLOYD?
The only way I see such a sentence even possibly existing is if the sentence was written this way:
Justin Bieber is a no talent empty suited Ryan Seacrest that just demonstrates how pathetic the music industry has become in promoting real musicians since he couldn't hold a candle to the extraodinary skill and delivery of musicians like the Beatles and Pink Floyd. Either that or it simply demonstrates how 13 year old girls have never had any taste in music given the popularity of groups like the Back Street Boys, New Kids on the Block, and 98 Degrees - in which group I would class Justin Bieber.
I may not like her music but Swift is actually talented, as in she can play the guitar and she writes her own stuff.

Hell yea dude! Bieb's is the real deal! He's just dealing with major record labels which means his marketing is getting BLOWN UP. Tween market is HUGE so can't blame them for capitalizing on it. But still...this is the vid of his first audition with Usher long before he was discovered.
I put that talent light years above faggy T-pain, will.i.am, and the flo-rida assholes. Again, not into his music, but he's got talent.

Beatles were OK and sure I'll even say they were groundbreaking, but their reputation exceeds far and above their music IMO. Soooo overhyped.
Floyd, I still don't get. Just not my type of sound I guess. Again, not knocking the talent. I can recognize it 100%. But you have to separate talent from music taste.

We're not talking about taste, we're talking about actual talent. The Beatles wrote their songs and their music and broke new ground left and right in pushing the limits of music, instruments, production, etc. Pink Floyd has had a similar impact. Whether or not you like them, those are facts. Considering the influence those two bands have had on the many musicians you've listened to and listen to even now, it's short sighted, even ignorant to make a comparison of that ilk.

You gotta know the greats to appreciate good music. And confusing the greats (some of whom I've listed above) with the latest flash in a 13 year old girl's panties is a huge difference.
