WTF people think they can drive like it's a regular day flying down that road and not take it easy especially when they see all those other cars have had accidents!

Utah drivers are generally horrible in the snow. They claim it's all the transplants from California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico but that's not entirely the truth.
Here's that same road with a perspective minus the snow. This is exactly where the guy started with his camera. I've driven the road a number of times since my wife's cousin lives up in this neighborhood. It's not a hill I would attempt if it wasn't plowed.
