Soooo it seems like most people have a good experience, there is always a one or two off incident I suppose that one off had to be me.

If they sent you the wrong part, well hey that does happen. It shouldn't but it can. Pulling the heater core and replacing it is an hour tops - if you had explained that the part was already installed due to their mistake I'm fairly certain they would have shipped you the correct part before you returned the incorrect part so that you could accomplish the replacement without significant downtime to your car.

He could of looped the lines while he waited for a replacement. That's what i did before i could fix the firewall coupler issue.
