Hi was wondering what else is required to fit a GT2871r Turbo on a t5.
I Know you can get a Adapter plate to convert the TD04 Flange on the standard manifold to enable fitment of the GT.
What exhaust Flange/Frontpipe would you need to source to fit the exhaust housing on the GT?
Anyone on here running such a set up.
Any help much apreciated.

I'm guessing that with the addition of an adapter to the Volvo manifold, you'd absolutely need to modify your down pipe to fit (the adapter surely alters the placement of the turbo - to an extent), or you may be able to get by with the addition of a flex pipe... but that may also create to much stress on the flex and cause it to eventuall fail.

you will need custom coolant lines and oil feed and drain, along with a custom downpipe, buy the correct flange and you might be able to weld it onto the stock downpipe but you might as well just make a 3" dp.
As for oil feed you can just have a braided stainless line made with the correct fittings on each end.
The drain you can either cut/weld the stock drain tube and try to make it work, or make a custom one with some -10 hose

Since you are using an adaptor to mount the turbo, you will need the custom oil return line. If you machine the manifold flat, the stock return line works.
I agree with Robbie, just do the DP right from the beginning instead of trying to make what you have work.
