DragosD 272 Report post Posted May 28, 2012 Does new wiring have to be ran to the cabin for the auxiliary lights, or are there plugs behind the bumper cover somewhere? How "plug and play" is the aux light kit? Any pics of them on an x70? Someone should buy them if they're still available. Instalation kit (9184166) for S70 is still available in EU. The kit is coming with all the necessary hardware and wiring, easy to follow instructions are of course provided. Plug and play for me !!! You just have to run the harness to the switch via accessories yellow plug, not bad at all.

EVL WAGN 733 Report post Posted September 21, 2012 I've got the headlight levelling switch in my R...just too bad it isn't hooked to anything. Just filling a spot instead of having a blank in place.
NEU 756 Report post Posted September 23, 2012 Don't know how rare it is but I just picked up in the JY an OEM 12v power outlet for the cargo area. I thought it was homemade but when I investigated more it was a plug and play setup made in Sweden... ^_^
RBoy8 2,525 Report post Posted September 25, 2012 Forgot about this thread. Picked up these rear window blinds from the JY two weeks ago.

I've never really even seen a picture of one my friends dad owns a volvo dealer here and they had one of those back in the day - they were pretty cool. pretty much any old s80 with the s80 emblem on the rear pillar has it i thought

rmorse 800 Report post Posted July 23, 2014 Post pics! I'd love to see the handsfree kit. Found some pics of the antenna switch kit: How about the electric leveling headlights? Not an accessory I guess, just another market. Looks like the adjusters in our headlights get replaced by servos that are controlled by a switch in the cabin. Trying to get more info about these from some people in the UK, but it seems that even they don't know much about the system. I guess it must not fail much http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/public/style_emoticons/#EMO_DIR#/tongue.png It'd be cool if the wiring could be removed from a UK harness and installed into a US harness. I'd love that feature for HID retrofitting. I have the headlights, wires, stitch, etc. I just haven't installed yet. Dunno if I ever will
