Im getting a gonging bonging some kind of sound, never hear it turning forward or ever going forward for that matter, I can't cancel out if it's cv axel cause I just don't know, it feels solid when I grab on to axel. I just assume if its axel I'd get a clicking noise turning in any direction.

Does it happen when only turning one direction or does it do it both ways. If it is only one direction then it could be that the plastic steering stop cushion on the control arm has worn/broken off.

check the engine mount directly under the crank pulley .. if the rubber is tore up itll bounce up and down a lil bit and make a noise in reverse .. ask me how i know ..
