Yeah Idk what was going on there, Maybe its a C70 thing? But Honestly I've never noticed this from inside the car.

My guess is most cars do it, since the passenger wiper has further to move than the drivers wiper, I think yours just got caught by camera at a strange moment (I may be wrong though maybe c70's are a little special lol)
