I am putting in a custom intake pipe and I found a vac nipple that was completely uncovered on the underside of the pipe closest to the airbox. It is the bottom one in this picture.

The top nipple goes into my BCS... and the bottom one was uncovered when I removed the pipe. Is there a line supposed to be there and if yes, where the heck does it go?

Thanks!

If that hose was replaced, the new ones come with an additional nipple so they can fit on several models. When I replaced mine I just capped the extra nipple off. That looks like the newer version.

Okay thanks. Still don't see it/how it runs but no worries.

I'm just gonna not drill out a hole for it in the mandrel pipe I'm making.

Hmmm I would be interested to know too... I just ended up not drilling a hole and if I run into issues I will just drill one later.

It is the fresh air vac line. The Blue line plugs in to that nipple, thats how mine is set up.
