So, I'm pretty sure the wastegate on my 16T is shot, and i can't break the nut loose on the arm. I searched all over the place, what should I be replacing this with that bolts right in? I heard about the Garrett, but wasn't sure if there was a more OEM type solution.
I'm trying to run a ARD Green tune, but the turbo won't boost above 12psi at the moment, and loses pressure after that.

1998 s70 glt t5 converted - 16t, white injectors, nxs mbc @ 14psi, k&n drop in filter, high flow cat, full 3in. exhaust, dp, hd wg, na tb, ipd turbo hoses, ard orange tune, stage 0 complete
