I wouldn't have cared that much if he didn't JUST tell me that he cant afford to give me back any money for the bunk turbo he sold me cause he lives "paycheck to paycheck" and now he uses what ill assume is my money to buy something I wanted and what I assumed next in line for.

Yes I didn't have money to pay you for something I shoudn't be paying you for. You bought a rebuilt turbo that was fine and found problems with it I couldn't have (or wouldn't have) ever considered an issue, you can't just make up a problem with something that you bought and then ask for money back... I spent nearly $250 for that turbo and sold it to you rebuilt for $125...
