Here are the torque specs. The large bolts should be replaced since they are stretch bolts, although I know some people re-use them....

1998 S70T5M, 2000 Built B5244T2 RN Engine, K24 turbo, 550cc injectors, Turbo-Tuner, Devilsown progressive WMI, 311whp 363wtrq

How important is it for the mating surface (on the block) to be absolutely clear of all the sealant residue?
Took me about 3 hours to get 95 percent of it off. There's still a few spots with a brownish film that
are going to be hard to get to. Are those spots not going to seal?
