If you're removing helper springs and swapping in other springs, then we're back at the same place.

You don't have to swap in any different springs into the TA's if you remove the helper springs.

I don't know, like I said before, I'm using the TAs without the helper springs and the ride is excellent, zero complaints about the ride quality without helper springs. ;)

I mean...colonoscopy's are probably more comfortable than DIY coilovers. So who knows!

Colonoscopies are probably more comfortable than all of the above options since sedation of the patient is de rigueur. ;)

I was about to make a witty remark at how we don't all have deep pockets to have custom coilovers made for us....

.........but then I just remembered how much I just sank into my RS', and I withdrew my comment.....only to comment how I was going to make a comment instead.

A little update. TA Technix offers a 2 year warranty on these things. Obviously it does not cover wear and tear damage.

Also shoot us a PM if you are interested in the fronts only. It looks like I can source them separate too.

I was talking to a some Audi-VW guys this weekend and these coilovers came up. The general concensus was the guys that had them in the past and one still, had no quality issues other than maybe a hard ride and not the best choice for trackday enthusiasts. But all in all they thought the TAs were decent for the money.

not to be all noob-like, but if I'm planning to run these what part would I need from FCP in terms of spring seats? would one of the xc90 spring seat kits work? I gather those are the option that requires the least amount of hacking...
