I searched but most info was in reference to turbos or swapping ecus. Couple questions.

Goal:
Remove the EGR

Car:
1994 850 NA Auto

Problem:

Replaced the exhaust manifold with the obx header. Due to the difference in angle of the egr bung it was a major pita to reconnect the EGR. Had to remove, reshape and have two people to reinstall. Im pretty sure the EGR itself is toast.

Questions:

The resistor I should use is a 1k ohm 1/4watt ?

Manifold bung size and pitch?

Any idea the size and pitch of the EGRs mounting bolts?

Thanks

Can't tell ya, I did the opposite to block off the exhaust manifold. Homedepot plugs do not fit, u need some metric thread im guessing. This works for the exhaust manifold for now though, slice the pipe with a hacksaw, and put it in a vice and bash it closed. Have mine folded over. Its a temp till someone is nice enough to fill in on it. Yea I think its a 1k ohm resistor 1/4watt

3/4" fine thread seems to fit fine.

i'm 99% sure it's either an M16 or M18.

I have one filling the SAS bung on my downpipe ('98) and it's a M16 thread.

i bought mine from these guys: http://www.mrmetric.com

M16 was a likely a fit but they didn't have an appropriate thread for that size.
M16x 2.00 does not fit
I'm guess either M16x1.75 or 1.50
