PlastiDipped my 850T5's hood, roof, and trunk.

Need a few more coats to finish it, and the bumpers/trim..

this... otherwise not a horrible option when the paint looks as bad as it did.

oh... and +1 for not giving a fuck what people say.

Since it's plastidip, you can always peel it off, so no harm done.

Doesnt look half bad!

Much better then what you had going on before.
+ looks better then if you would have tried to spray paint it im sure.

Cant wait to see it in person.

i'm also doing this by hand, no spray gun.

I am awaiting a proper spray nozzle, then i'll head down to a half-enclosed car wash bay to recoat the panels at least 3 more times...
Next time i'll have to be a little more patient and hope that in-between coats, pollen doesn't come flying on the car like it did the first time. If I can still see lines then so be it, still looks better than before and I hear it lasts 3-5 years.

That tollbooth pic made my mind up for me, I wanted to vinyl wrap it, but this is the alternative.

last sunday evening I was shooting this video...wasn't me on okeechobee blvd, but I was on that road at least every day before running some errands.

That's a 94-97 850 front bumper cut in half horizontally, turned upside down, and bolted to my stock bumper. Took about 2 hrs cutting and splicing...

They (VS) wax their cars? I thought the lastest craze was to wrap them in viynl so the paint is flat. At least thats what won the IPD show.

They charged me $1.00 for the toll, and $2.50 administrative fee. I pay these as soon as I get em, I don't procrastinate it's only $3.50.
