So IPD wants to charge me about $750 for me to ship them my ECU and tune it for my 02 s60 2.4T, or have then send me the tuner for $850, Is this really the only way to go?? Is there any other way thats cheaper that wont cost me $800, thank you@

No - Try reading the other topics with poor questions that you've already started. Then use the "Search" on the top right of this forum. Proceed to learn general automotive knowledge. Read your owners manual (yes, the answer to some of your questions is in there) and THEN consider moding your car.

Search ARD on this site. He should be tuning your model very soon.

You could also look at RICA tunes through Viva

http://www.vivaperfo...tware-upgrades/

It seems your best option is to wait a little longer and hold out for the ARD tune because it's cheaper. Otherwise yes, your only other options are IPD or Rica.

I will be ready for 01-04 cars as early as friday! I've actually already done a few but for the moment it's all through the mail.
Remote loader is eminent though!

IMHO, an ARD tune is going to be the way to go.

But before you start tuning the car, make sure the cars in shape to be able to handle the added powers.
Read through thread here to get an idea of what you should look at doing first before you get serious about tuning...

Most of the info is directed at the 850's and S/V70's but it will still give you a general idea on what to do to prepare your car for the kind of go fast mods you're wanting.
