I bought a new set on ebay. Installed them and neither light works. Cant be hard to fix (just wiring), but I want to make sure I can take them apart without breaking them. Let me know if you have experience with this.

I have. Electrical is all in the back and easy enough to access. It is simple though, so you can just pop the caps off and trace the wires to see if there is a break or if they are even hooked up.
I bypassed the headlight wiring when I installed my HIDs.

I remember seeing a few people complain about their wire cracking over time. I wouldn't be surprised if the wires were exposed and corroded.
As George said: easy access from the back. And the lenses come off like regular 850 lenses, no surprises there.

Try a new bulb if you haven't. Mine shipped with two bulbs that didn't work.

I meant both bulbs in one side, not both sides not working. Sorry guys. I did swap bulbs. No change.

Well, I have one of the first sets to come into the US. My brights still use the stock wiring, and they still work. Mine are the euro style, H1/H1
