Hey guys,

I am looking for some help on the above topic.
Already did alot of searching while at work, found pretty much nothing on the window question I have, and found very little on the handle which was surprising since I thought most do the 70 series handles on the 850s.

I picked up a door from jesus to replace my driver door with a nice size dent in it.
Need to know how to swap windows, and the handle/or just the lock because even the handle is in better condition

Saw the handle comes out by unscrewing 2 screws inside the door, then 2 on the lock. Is it that easy?

And I am sure I can figure out how to swap the windows but it would be nice to know for sure.

THANKS!!!!

this is for a 98 s70 driver side door btw.

http://volvospeed.co...0-door-handles/

you need to loosen the 2 torx bolts of the door lock and push the door lock in and then remove the handle, very simple

last 2 threads don't apply to you :P But yes, handles really are that easy apparently hahah. Mine have came lose on the 93 all the time, and i just tighten them up, but i imagine you just undo those 2 on the door and the handles slide right off.

No clue on the window though man :( Anytime i've messed with glass or windows on cars, it always has ended bad :P

THANKS BARRY MAN-HES-LOW!
Thats the exact line I was talking about that you quoted

I was considering just leaving the glass, and just getting the car tinted a little darker this weekend or next weekend.
But if I can id rather just swap the glass. Rails should just un bolt and be able to swap across.

about the size of a grown mans foot. and its right on the bend near the window.
<_< can thank my dad for that one. but I already bought the door so id rather just swap it then trying to fix it again.
outside of taking it to a shop, ive already tried numorus ways of popping the dent out.
