The car runs fine, no smoke, tranny shifts fine, i have an oil leak that appears to be coming from the back but can't see where at, doesn't appear to be coming from the turbos :/ i read about the TCV and inspected it, hoses are fine as for the valve itself, not sure since there isn't any codes i don't know where to begin. I've noticed that the PCT has a crack, and when i took the clip out it appeared to have oil inside it? How is that even possible? I've never worked on a volvo.

First guess is check for vacuum leaks - which you've done but have you checked the entire system of hoses? Do you have a Haynes manual to guide you in this effort?

Do you have a boost gauge? How do you know it has "no boost"
It's normal for the ptc to have oil around it.

I'm sorry im just frustrated because the car was amazing, no issues and now all of a sudden they arise. It is indeed a 01 s80 t6.
I don't have a boost gauge and it is giving some boost, i unhooked the TCV and thats when it made no boost, so i ruled out that the TCV is in need working but there just seems to be less power.

Remove the hoses and really bend them around and check for cracks near the new hose clamps.
A small crack can open up under pressure.

sounds like its still in limp mode? did you reset the ECU?
I agree. Reset the ECU by removing the Neg battery cable and touching it against the positive cable for 15-30 seconds. Keep in mind that this will also limit performance the next several times you drive the car since the car has to "re-learn" safe boost values, ignition timing curves, etc...
make a boost leak tester. that will tell you where you are leaking pressure.
Agreed. I had cracks in my plastic 2 into 1 pipe which didn't reveal themselves until I pressurized the system. I made a boost leak tester for under $20. IIRC, I posted a thread about this subject here on VS.
car is doing what this car is doing, something about wastegate issues?
Which is what, exactly?

i also know for sure the cracks are on the plastic, but is there a way to fix it without buying a new one? Maybe JB weld or something? Epoxy... idk something?

i reset the computer ECM, the car seems to be even slower?! I read that it takes a couple drive cycles for it to adjust fully but dang, can it seriously be this weird?
