I'll have the table setup buffet style for the grab and go, and the 55 gallon cooler packed with ice and condiments. Once again, I ask you all to bring your meat and shove it in! Contributions to the ice box get you tastings of all the food coming off the grill. But please--bring enough to share! I'm not cooking JUST for you!
I'll definitely be bringing the legendary hot wings, Jersey's finest export: Pork roll, and all the condiments needed for burgers, dogs, breakfast, ect. Pans, grilling tools, charcoal, fluid, ect.
A few things:
-If you bring dogs/burgers....don't forget the buns! I'll have cheese, ketchup, mustard, relish.
-If you buy something that is specifically for you (all ya stupid vegetarians or organic eaters) let me know, or put your name on it..I'll try and make sure you atleast get a piece of it. Or direct people to the other goods available.
-Snacks and sides always welcomed as well. (chips, salads, ect)
-Don't bitch at the chef...I'll spit roast you....and not in the good way.
-Don't know me? Or us at the site? Don't be shy, come on over and introduce yourself.
-BYOB...again common wealth is appreciated, but don't bring NattyIce and start taking someones bitchin' brews.
