Dan has worked on Volvos professionally since 1978, starting as the head mechanic at Volvo of Monterey. Both of his sons followed his footsteps, Mark Burton who still works in the shop with Dan, the other opened his own shop, Gothenburg Volvo, in Salinas, CA.
