Alright, So i made a post earlier similiar to this. I searched and couldnt find anything like the issue i am having so here it goes....
Car is a 98 S70 T5M.... The car doesnt have a ABS light when ignition is on 2 and i cant get the TRAC light to come on on the dash either, I went over the abs system and all sensors are clean, Seated correctly, No wires broke, No blown fuses or relays. I am leaning towards this is also why my speedo isnt working. I dont think its the ignition switch as to i can give the switch hell for 5 mins and to no avail nothing happens to fix it. If i turn left i lose the speedo, Under accel i lose it. And randomly comes back.

Its your ABS Module.
I had the same speedo thing happening, replaced ABS mod and works great.

Also sounds like you need to replace some cluster bulbs.

If you end up replacing the cluster lights you should replace the Odometer gear while its apart.

I found a bag full of cluster bulbs today tucked away in a box. Let me know if you want some.

it's a 98. 98=digital.
unless you're doing it Two Turtles style!
