The vehicle is in fair condition inside and out. It does show it's age physically with a few small dents and a fair amount of scratches. Listed below is what has been done, what has not and so forth.
Recently replaced:
IPD wires, plugs, cap, rotor
Rear brakes (pads, rotors)
Front pads
Rebuilt ABS unit
Timing belt +rollers
PCV system
Added:
Rear spoiler
Third row seat
Rear heated seats
Auto dimming mirror (wired in)
Ajustable wiper relay (#99)
XC grill
SAS delete
K&N air filter
In the process of replacing before sale:
Clutch: This will be done along with the RMS before selling
New brake cable on the drivers side and all new hardware
Normal failure points that are good:
No heater core leaks
AC works (no leaks)
All door lock actuaters work!!
Cup holders are 100%
FOB is not broken
EVAP has no leaks (no codes at all!)
Comes with two sets of rims and tires. One complete brand new never mounted Eagle GT summer tires (16s) and one set of good winter tires (15s). The 16s fit on the stock aluminum wheels and the 15s go on steels (unless you want three XC wheels and find a replacement 4th).
There is no CEL, SRS, ABS or any issues with it's running state. This is my personal vehicle that I have taken care of, it has no leaks aside from the rear main which will be replaced when I do the clutch. I wanted to post this up here ahead of time since I've seen some people looking to buy later on in the year.
