Cold side revision done/ mocked up on a junker auto on loan from my indie. I've sent it out for duplication and I will have the next set of revised front mount kits in about 2 months. Don't worry I still have plenty of the first batch left, just saying Aaron and I got on it Monday and made it happen. There were only two things that needed to be changed to make it fit and I was relieved that I didn't have to redo the upper section!

You should grab the white door moldings while you have the junker.

the cold side is 2.25" and the 90 elbow before the throttle body is 2.5 to help with the transition. You want to keep the cooled air dense when it leaves the intercooler and for this size application (upgraded IC while using a TDO4hl turbo) it is sufficient.

I will be selling the hose. I just haven't gotten to the price by itself yet. IDK about other colors at this point my inventory is already huge. I need to stock more than 100 pieces of each in some cases and I have at least 30 different silicone pieces in stock ..

Nice what are you planning? It's generic, but it's a good quality tig welded bar and plate. It's rated for up to 500 cfm /350 hp. Pressure drop of .3 psi.

Hey,

What is the factor limiting use on Autos? im using an aftermarket oil cooler if its the lines that are in the way.

So I just wanted to update for the people who are wondering this same thing.

If you are using an aftermarket tranny oil cooler and not the stock lines then you will be able to fit the Manual version. The only thing (other than SAS)that is in the way is the lower oil cooler line elbow coming off the radiator .

hopefully you have good success with the auto version without the aftermarket tranny oil cooler and stock lines without SAS :P and if you do I'll be putting in an order, I pulled my radiator yesterday and kept thinking to myself how easy it would be to put in a FMIC

Any chance you can snap a pic of the fins on the inside of the intercooler? (Like looking through the outlet into the edges of the fins)

specs: 15 fins per inch 7 internal 8 external. Internal fins are offset as you would expect.
