So the car is currently at the shop right now...
They dont know whats wrong but have ideas.

Went in to get a wheel bearing replaced under their warranty.
Picked up the car, went to drive off, got onto the hwy and around 60 the wheel started shaking violently when under load. Let off and it was fine. applied the brakes and it shook a little until it was under 45 and then there was no shaking.

So far they have replaced or checked the following.

Driver and Passenger wheel bearing/hub replaced.
Driver axle replaced
Engine mounts look OK, not in best condition but not fucked.

They are currently ordering a control arm to see if that fixes the issue...

Car was fine except the wheel bearing making noise before this.
After the bearing was replaced the car is shaking.
Any info would be great.

Replaced the driver's side axle on my S70 and got this same experience. Turned out the shaking was due to a brand new (reconditioned of course) axle that had a seized CV joint. Did the shaking start before or after you replaced the axle? Sounds like before so this may not be it, but those were my very symptoms.

The shaking started right after they replaced the wheel bearing.
They did the axle because it was a little torn at the cv and on its way out.

My old white S70 T5A had this problem, for the entire 2 years I owned it. Drove a good 30k miles around the country with it, and eventually the CV gave out on the freeway. Once I had that replaced, it got a bit better, but never went away. Had all of the mounts replaced and countless other work done. Good luck man, but don't stress about it too much - From what it sounds like, I really don't think it's a dangerous or urgent problem.

Its pretty violent shaking >.<

My last ditch effort will be to replace the axle tonight in the napa parking lot after driving the car 6 miles from the shop.
if that doesnt work then im calling our sowo trip off and ill leave it in the shops hands to figure it out.

Did they replace the axle at the same time they replaced the wheel bearing? Or did the shaking start after they replaced the wheel bearing and THEN they replaced the axle?

Lemme break it down. and then ill say what im doing and why.

They replaced the pass wheel bearing under their warranty because it went bad before it was over.
Picked up the car, got on it a little aka getting on the on ramp to the hwy..
Started shaking, released gas it went away, hit gas again it started shaking.

brought it back.
Next day (today) they replaced DRIVER axle because it was worn, clicking, and torn a little but not leaking.
They also threw in a wheel hub/bearing I had in the trunk for price of labor because it fell apart... thats driver side.

They noticed it pulled a little to one side when braking now.
So ordered a control arm in hopes it will fix the shaking as well since the bearings looked worn.
arm was in at 1:30... was told by the shop when I called it would be put on and tested good to go before 4:30.
its 3:40..

Alan said the axle had some play in it, little but some. which I was shown yesterday.

Why they didnt try the pass axle before the pass control arm idk... since vibrating/shaking under load between 60-80 is common for a bad axle...

So when I get there at 4:30-5 if its not done I am either taking the car to napa to get a free warranty axle, or to Jaimes to use one he has in a box still for his and giving him the napa one when I exchange it under warranty.
Its about to rain VERY bad, but if this means going to sowo.. Fuck it I will do this in the parking lot of napa. Although jaime has a garage

I also have free 20mile towing.. so I can get it towed to either one, and even home if I need to. So if I feel its unsafe to drive it, I can just have it towed to one of those two places.
Napa closes at 6 but has the axle in stock. its a 12 minute drive from the shop.
Jaimes closes sometime late at night and im sure if I buy pizza he will help.

Any chance you've got a dyno nearby? Helps to have something like this tested while you can watch from the outside. In California, smog shops are very useful for this sort of thing. :)

Turned out to be the wheels.

When I put them on, some how I managed to put them on perfectly.
When the shop put them on they did not and this caused non hub centric wheels to become un centered.
This was proven when put on a lift and put in gear. Watched the wheels spinning and you could see it very clearly.

Also dropped some Cetus on and took it for a spin only to find there was no shaking.
Still have some under hard braking but that could be warped rotors even though these are less then a month old.
Have new ones in box to test that therory.

Have you, um, considered installing the proper hub centric rings with these wheels?

Did not know I needed them
but I installed them somehow without needed them and had no problems.

Wheels are currently pending sale to someone in the south and they are aware of this.

Hope you have a good trip to Ga.

I see aftermarket rims without the centering rings cause vibrations all the time, but never just under a load.

Usually vibration only when on the throttle, is driveline related, like an axle or cv joint.

North Ga is a beautiful area!!

After thousands of dollars invested into my car it ended up being the wheels

Btw, I went through two sets of the same size and model aftermarket Konig wheels and after going back to stock the vibration was 100% gone
