i want to put a custom push button start system in my car and i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get a wiring diagram for the ignition switch

Putting aside any snide remarks about a push button start, you can try matthewsvolvosite for complete wiring diagrams.

I've got one in my center console box thing... And haters gunna hate, it was a fun project and something to show off to people haha. I used my Haynes manual to do it. Pretty simple if you look at it for a while.

I thought adding a push start was at least 4hp? 
I even got my Rica tuned for a push start. It was an extra $50, you're not telling me I wasted my money, are you?

To be fair, it doesn't exactly fit in any of the three modification forum categories, closest would be cosmetic, but that's not usually where the electrical work goes.

The curse word policy here is you have to pay to use them.

i did a push to start in a 03 350z and it was pretty pretty neat thing to do
this PTS kit gave it keyless entry with a proximity remote, alarm system and remote starter.
PITA to install since tech support sucked ass and directions were in translated to english from a NON ENGLISH speaking person. basically 10 pages in the smallest font you can find of babble. a 2 hour install took 8 because i had to read chinglish and i am chinese too...LOL
