loosers. I take em from a roll and hose em through 120 tongue.gif

Take em from a light and Im screwed though (till the 1/8th)

Yeah, I'd roast 'em from a rolling start too... starting from a dead stop is kinda iffy.

laugh.gif  oh do tell how wastegates improve high end power?

Doug, have you been reading the posts ?

20 psi from a 16T?. You better get a 19t to do that. My 16T has trouble holding 17 psi at higher rpms.

in reply to wills, blown volvo850r says

and an upgraded wastegate

i then say

the only thing that helps at higher RPM is the wastegate not port and polish

did I loose you Doug ?

oh, maybe I should have said the only thing that helps at higher RPM with holding boost is the stronger wastegate, but I figured people read the whole post . . .

though what does interest me is that 3'' M3 MAF sensor, did Emil do that ?
does it work fine ?

oh and another thing, your "compressor wheel upgrade" which is from Turbochargers.com if they used the same wheel I have, it is bigger then the 16T and 18T, so if you do get the 16T, you will be downgrading unless you switch wheels

Yes Emil did the 3" MAF sensor conversion w/ the K&N cone filter. It works fine as far as I can see. Haven't had any problems w/ air intake so far... ph34r.gif biggrin.gif

From what Emil told me, the stock turbo is on right now, and the bigger one is the one sitting in my closet, which is the 16T from a C70...u see those upgrades are done to the 16T already, and I have the 16T already...it just needs to be put on.
