Hello all. I can see in the wiring schematic that the EVAP Canister Valve get 12v from Fuse, number 5. I pull the fuse and it drops to zero. I get ~6v from the ECM. I do not get full ground. When I ground the valve, the EVAP closes just fine. I swapped the engine out, and I'm wondering if the ECM is looking for a singnal from a sensor on the engine to give the EVAP Valve full ground? This issue started at the same time as the engine change, but can't replace the EVAP Valve because it works just fine when grounded.
