Ive been trying to find an active regional forum for Texas across VS, SS, TB, BB, and VCOA. I came across the Texas Volvo Crew forum, although that appears to be completely dead, lol.

Wondering if there is another forum that Ive missed, or is the Volvo scene in Texas really THAT dead. I remember in high school, I ran into people on the street that were into Volvo's all the time. Mostly RWD, but still. Ive moved around the country over the last 8 years. Perhaps the economy is to blame. Who knows.

I must say that I'm a bit jealous of how much more active the Volvo scene is for the East and West coast. Well, the Euro scene in general is way more active there as well.

There are a couple guys in Texas on here, but in Austin and Livingston, not sure how far they are away for you though, but yeah not a ton of members are in TX

They (VS) wax their cars? I thought the lastest craze was to wrap them in viynl so the paint is flat. At least thats what won the IPD show.

Reid, Pras, Nick, among others are in Texas. Hell I used to be there. Im heading back to Texas in August for 2 or so weeks, maybe we can setup a meet or something.

Quite a few TX members, mostly on Turbobricks. The TB guys do regular meet ups.

I picked a pretty circuitous route and arguably cheated slightly, but I'm going to get there

I SHOULD be in Austin from the 15th of August till the 1st of September, so anywhere in that range. I texted Nick to see what he was up to that month, and he may be available as well
