I recently seen a 98ish xc70 from Europe with a "bumper extension" that covers the tow hitch on the back of the car. I asked the owner and he said its OEM for them, but I have been unable to get ahold of the person, or even locate photos of it.
If you know what I'm talking about or know where I can find one please let me know.

Thanks, I did not see it there, but I also did not see the cargo cover I currently have in my car. Which I know has a Volvo PN and exist as its in my car... so I still have hopes of finding it.

is it just a small panel (like 6 inches?) that covers a hole in the rear of the bumper?

sorta its like 6 " but it sits below the bumper attached to the hitch. so it all kinda blends into the bumper.

This cover comes on several different volvos. I'm gonna see if my local dealer has it or can get it.
